Returns, Exchanges & CancellationsBunnyberryBling.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order doesn’t meet with your expectations for any reason, contact us for a return authorization - see form below. For returned items, we are happy to give you a store credit immediately upon receipt of goods. Or, you can request a credit card refund (issued by our accounting firm) which takes up to (30) days to appear on your statement. For returns, just repack it, send it back to us with the proper paperwork.
Furniture and or custom made furnishings, bedding, and made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel an order for these items, you may do so within two business days of your original order date. Standard Delivery for furniture includes placement of the item just inside the main threshold of your home. The items will be delivered by Fed-X. We will email you the tracking and it is your responsibility to check when it will be delivered. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.
When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DRIVER. You need to see if the packaging is damaged, open the box, and check for any damage on the item or missing items per the instruction sheet. It is mandatory that you note any damage on the driver's delivery ticket by your signature. Remember, if you sign the delivery ticket without noting damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the merchandise. Please notify Bunnyberry of the damage that day, by calling 323-782-7792.
Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applies to returned items not being exchanged for store credit. We are unable to accept returns of custom-made or personalized items or items in the sale/clearance aisles. You have (30) days from the day of delivery to return the item. It must be unused, in saleable condition, in its original packaging with tags intact and all original paperwork (included). If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us by email using this form.
Exchanges are handled the same as returns. A store credit will be provided to you once we receive the original item in good condition. In-stock merchandise will ship immediately. Use your store credit to purchase new merchandise at that time. It's as easy as that.
Customized or Personalized Product Returns
We are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items. However, if you have a problem with any personalized or custom-made item, please contact email@example.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
If you received the item as a gift, we will happily replace the item or issue a Gift Certificate equal to the full value of the gift item less restocking fee and shipping charges.
